Images of Jobst of Luxembourg

The Špilberk castle became the seat of the Moravian margraves from the middle of the 14th century, during the reign of John Henry (1350-1375) and his son Jobst (1375-1411). This period of only six decades of autonomous rule of the "Moravian" Luxembourgs, the brother and nephew of Charles IV, is undoubtedly the most important, although little known, chapter of the history of the Brno castle.
